On May 3 Kathie Rosse took two pictures (attached) at Chinsegut
Conservation Center, north of Brooksville, in Hernando County. The
somewhat long and heavy bill, strong wing bars, body shape, and long
tail all fit a Northern Mockingbird. There is a shadow of gray where the
white patch should be on the wing below the bottom wing bar. But we
can't explain the long white supercilium and the white arc under the
eye. Does anyone have any thoughts about this bird?

Thanks,
