Since I think all the responses came just back to me, I'm going to share with the list.  Everyone agrees it's a Ruddy Duck.  It's split between female and juvenile, but one expert came back with female in non-breeding plumage, so I'm taking it as the call.  It turns out I had a lifer in the wild 4 1/2 years ago and didn't know it. LOL

Thanks to all that responded.  Have a wonderful day.

I am going through some of my old photos and I came across this duck.  It's a heavy crop and just an id shot.  It was taken on 11/29/2013 at the storage ponds at the Viera Wetlands.  Is this a first year Ruddy Duck?

Thanks in advance for any and all assistance.
